Project management engineer
Position information:
1. Responsible for project demand management in accordance with the product research and development route of the business division, identifying, analyzing and determining the requirements from customers at all stages, controlling the change of requirements, and ensuring the rationality of project requirements; 
2, is responsible for according to the division 15 parts development process control procedures to determine the product requirements, including but not limited to: parts configuration and external product function definition, delivery plan and requirements on quality, service, guarantee the clarity of the product project work direction and target, ensure that the product research and development to the greatest extent to meet listing requirements, to meet the demand of the company and division; 
3. Responsible for coordinating project development resources at the business division level, controlling QCD, effectively identifying and avoiding project risks, correcting deviations in project execution, and proposing reasonable solutions to ensure the normal operation of the project; 
4. Responsible for sampling and reviewing the conformity between project operation and parts development process of the business division, and urging the project team to make continuous improvement to ensure the effectiveness of project operation.
